IIncident Management/Service Request
The ITIL framework processes adopted by SORINT.lab ensure that each and every problem or support request, is tracked, taken care of, and processed in the agreed upon manner and timeframe.
3rd Party Supplier Management
NGMS can act as a single point of contact between the Customer and the various suppliers; the expertise of SORINT.lab technicians is made available to the Customer to manage issues, provide support, and integrate new functionality provided by other Vendors/Suppliers. Typically, a project begins with the selection of the vendor best suited to the analyst’s needs, and then moves on to the architecture, implementation, and full management phase. Importantly, as an IT consultant, SORINT.lab is a solution partner for all major IT vendors, yet maintains its independence. We are on the same level with everyone except our clients, to whom we offer a dedicated and personalized service.
Release Management
NGMS can take over the entire release management service (Planning, Building, User Acceptance Testing, Preparing Deploying), or even integrate with the one in production at the customer only for some phases of it.
Problem Management
Coupled with incident management ensures that known, repetitive problems do not recur, or ensures the analysis and ultimate solution to an anomaly related to a component/function of the service provided.
Provisioning & Configuration
Scheduled action plan with possible continuity over shifts, to implement deployment of timed resources, or tailored massive changes, even in out of hours to ensure service availability.
Performance & Health Check
Automated and non-automated, regular or on-demand checks regarding the health status for any platform/component the service provided. Downstream of the activities, an analysis report and/or remediation plan can be created in the event that it is not possible to proceed independently to resolve the issues found.
Capacity Management
Horizontal and vertical scaling of support, adaptable to increased volume of operations as the digital perimeter is extended or to contingent projects of platform migrations or refactoring of the technology plant.
SecDevOps Support
Implementation of security pipeline or/and policies to validate the consistency of the running and go-live of the platform on the security profile, through vulnerability scans, regression tests and Identity Access Management applying it cascading from the application down to the network level.
Monitoring/Observability Management
Proactive assessment of service liveness and healthiness probes by anticipating impacts through trends and measuring end-user impact, integrating comprehensive analysis through centralized log collection as well as synthetic simulation on features exposed by the service. Around the clock and in real time, as guaranteed by SLA.
Cost Optimization
The initial phase of managed services is to gather requirements and analyze the client’s technology. The main objective then becomes determining how resources, choices, tools, and expertise can be integrated, drawing on different specializations within SORINT.lab, to provide a clear understanding of how to reduce costs without compromising performance or quality. For example, by setting up a CMDB, the NGMS can orchestrate on-premise and cloud , inventory to plan cost-optimizing interventions through refactoring, re-sizing, function-merging or shift-and-lift migrations.
